We are proud to be the largest tire recycling facility of its kind in the state. Our advanced infrastructure that includes two state-of-the-art production lines that excel in the efficient processing and reuse of used tires. With a specialized capability to handle agricultural and industrial all-terrain (OTR) tires. Our facility transforms these materials into a wide range of reusable materials and molded products. These include, but are not limited to, rubber tiles, floor mats, parking wheel stops, alley stops and other innovative products and raw materials.
A discarded tire takes approximately 500 to 1,000 years to degrade. At Florida Tire Recycling Plant we can recycle up to 1,600 tires per hour to develop 100% recycled rubber products, friendly to the environment.
The US generates over 300 million tires annually, necessitating proper disposal and recycling. This equates to over 800,000 tires daily, enough to wrap around the world more than 6 times each year.
