Florida Tire Recycling Plant, Inc.

We are proud to be the largest tire recycling facility of its kind in the state. Our advanced infrastructure that includes two state-of-the-art production lines that excel in the efficient processing and reuse of used tires. With a specialized capability to handle agricultural and industrial all-terrain (OTR) tires. Our facility transforms these materials into a wide range of reusable materials and molded products. These include, but are not limited to, rubber tiles, floor mats, parking wheel stops, alley stops and other innovative products and raw materials.

A discarded tire takes approximately 500 to 1,000 years to degrade. At Florida Tire Recycling Plant we can recycle up to 1,600 tires per hour to develop 100% recycled rubber products, friendly to the environment.

PROCESSING PRODUCTS

Types of Bi-Products

We are a processing plant that covers the four main phases of tire recycling. From receiving used tires to the final transformation, our comprehensive process includes sorting, crushing, separation, and the production of recycled materials.

TDS - Tire Derived Shreds

Most used as TDF (Tire Derived Fuel) is produced by shredding scrap tires into rubber chips, usually ranging from 1 to 3 inches, and is employed as a fuel source.

Rubber Mulch

Rubber mulch provides weed, mold, and insect resistance, making it an ideal solution for both residential and commercial properties.

Crumb Rubber

This valuable recycled product finds utility in numerous applications, making crumb rubber an excellent choice for molding materials.

Rubber Powder

Serves as a versatile material with applications ranging from asphalt additives to sports surfaces, showcasing its adaptability in various industries.

Tire Steel Wire
