Rubber Barn Pavers

Whether used in Horse Barn Aisles, grooming stalls, or walkways, our rubber pavers offer a secure, nonslip solution. Resistant to chemicals, abrasion, and weather, they won’t shrink, warp, or crack, ensuring a durable and dependable surface. Enhance safety and reduce the risk of injury to horses, riders, and groomers with our reliable rubber barn pavers.
Their exceptional self-draining and slip-resistant surface makes them particularly suitable for wash bays and other wet areas. They are an ideal choice for replacing surfaces that are dirty, dusty, slippery, or hard. Highly durable and resilient, also absorb sound, contributing to a quieter environment. Whether used indoors or outdoors, as temporary or permanent flooring, these interlocking pavers are easy to install and maintain. They are resistant to chemicals, abrasion, and weather, ensuring they won’t shrink, warp, or crack. The coverage is calculated at 3.24 pavers per square foot, with an additional 2% for overage to account for partial cuts.
Why two thickness options?
Our Interlocking Rubber Pavers come in two thickness variations to cater to different needs. The 0.75″ pavers are ideal for existing concrete barn aisles, offering an adhesive application that transforms the area into an attractive and safe space for you and your horse. Alternatively, the 1.5″ rubber pavers can be directly applied to a compact base material, eliminating the need for an additional full concrete pour and reducing costs.
We offer four pigmented colors (Terra Cotta, Red, Gray, Black) and the option for custom colors in special orders.
Hexagon Rubber Pavers
Hexapavers are robust 9″ diameter hexagonal rubber pavers, available in 1.5″ or 2″ thickness options. Highly durable, the 2″ paver weighs approximately 4.5 pounds, while the new 1.5″ version is around 3.4 pounds. Two pavers cover one square foot.
Crafted from recycled tire rubber, Hexapavers are produced by mixing small rubber granules with a premium polyurethane binder, molded under heat and high pressure. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use, these pavers can withstand various weather conditions, making them versatile for decking, equine areas, and playgrounds.
Unlike typical small rubber pavers, the 2″ version excels in impact absorption, certified with a fall-height rating of four feet, making it ideal for playgrounds. The new 1.5″ version retains this capability without adhesive, offering a lower thickness profile.
Hexapavers provide a unique blend of firmness and cushioning, offering excellent impact damping while supporting heavy loads due to their high structural density.
